Air Fryer Sweet Chili Cauliflower Flavorful Delight
Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (use low sodium if preferred)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- to taste salt and pepper
- for garnish chopped green onions and sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Add sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated with the mixture.
- Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- The cauliflower should be golden brown and crispy. If you prefer it extra crispy, leave it in for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
