Instructions

  1. Brew the Coffee: Start by brewing your favorite coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. Prepare the Foam: In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or frother, whip this mixture until it reaches a light, airy consistency similar to whipped cream but still pourable.
  3. Assemble the Latte: Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in the cooled coffee to about halfway. If you desire a sweeter latte, feel free to stir in additional maple syrup.
  4. Add Milk: Top the coffee with the milk of your choice, filling the glass nearly to the rim.
  5. Add the Foam: Gently spoon the pumpkin cream foam over the milk-coffee mixture until it overflows slightly, creating a layered effect.
  6. Garnish: Sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin pie spice on top for an extra kick of flavor and visual appeal.
