Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and buffalo sauce; mix until smooth and well blended.
Add the shredded chicken and ranch dressing to the bowl, stirring until the chicken is fully coated in the sauce.
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese if using.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbling.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with chopped green onions.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping.
Notes
Adjust the buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
