Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread a layer of ranch dressing over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the ranch layer on each flatbread.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Once out of the oven, sprinkle diced celery and chopped green onions over the flatbreads for added crunch and flavor.
Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing into pieces. Serve hot.
