Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Once done, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
