natural peanut butter

rolled oats

honey or maple syrup

chocolate protein powder

ground flaxseeds
1/4

mini chocolate chips (optional)

vanilla extract
a pinch
sea salt
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.
Add the rolled oats, protein powder, ground flaxseeds, and sea salt to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
If desired, fold in the mini chocolate chips for an extra touch of sweetness.
Using your hands, scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is formed into bites.
Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate the bites for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up before serving.
